Gourmet Specialty Pepper Spreads

We really kind of fell into this business by accident!  It all started with my husband's love of making salsas for friends and family. One year our kids thought it would be a great idea to get him some exotic pepper seeds for Father's Day.  Little did we know that we would wind up with a bumper crop of hot peppers and be left wondering what to do with all of them. I found a recipe for Jalapeno Pepper Jelly and figured, why not?

One day my husband came home and asked quite innocently, where's the dining room table? That started us thinking of what to do with all the pepper jelly we had made. As a fluke, we were invited to sell our jellies at a local 4th of July celebration. We sold almost 50 jars that first night and never looked back!

Since then, it has been a wonderful Journey of traveling to different events and shows around the state. We have met and made friends with many other small business owners, who are like-minded entrepreneurs. And, of course, we have made TONS of new friends who also enjoy that little bit of sweet heat in their lives! It never grows old, seeing someone's face light up at their first try of our hot pepper spreads, or experiencing one of our unique new flavors. We truly appreciate our customers and realize none of this would be possible without all of you. We love all the wonderful comments, and exchanging cooking stories that people share with us when using our products. Thank you for letting us be your ambassadors of pepper jelly!
